In this cake, tart and juicy cherries compliment the unique flavour of the certified organic matcha that gets swirled into your batter, while the matcha glaze adds a welcome sweetness, which rounds each bite off into something none other than perfect. The recipe contains ground almonds, which helps ensure the baked cake is exceptionally moist and luscious.
This kit is vegan-friendly if you use dairy free milk and oil instead of butter.
