Dukkah is the name given to any dry mixture of spices, herbs and nuts. These mixtures are sold by street traders in twists of newspaper to eat there and then. This blend has existed in Egypt since the times of Pharaohs, and was consumed by slaves and rulers alike. Chunky blend of nuts, cumin, coriander and other robust spices, roasted to perfection.
Serving suggestion: As an appetizer with chopped fresh chunks of bread. Sprinkle over pumpkin soup or lightly sautéed vegetables.\
