Receipts must be retained as proof of purchase.

If you wish to return any items(s) simply because you change your mind, we will exchange the item(s) for another item (s) of equal or greater value provided the following conditions have been met:

  1. The item(s) with the original receipt are returned within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  2. The item(s) must be in original, unused condition with original packaging, tags and labels purchased.

Earrings, beauty and food products, and any items on sale, special promotion, or clearance are all excluded from this exchange policy. 

Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds or store credit. 

If goods are faulty, please notify us of the fault within 3 days of purchase. The fault will be assessed by the Collected Team and then either repaired, replaced or refunded.

Please note we do not provide refunds.

We provide gift exchange cards in store only. The gift card needs to be retained by the recipient of the gift as proof of purchase. We will exchange the item(s) for another item(s) of equal or greater value provided the following conditions have been met:

  1. The item(s) with the exchange card are returned within 14 days of the date noted below. No card, no exchange.
  2. The item(s) must be in original, unused condition with original packaging, tags and labels purchased.
